About the Lease Portfolio Manager Role

Panda Retail Company, part of the Savola Group, is seeking a full-time Lease Portfolio Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to managing the company’s extensive lease portfolio, ensuring all contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively. The Lease Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing timely renewals, amendments, and terminations, while fostering strong relationships with landlords and ensuring adherence to contractual, financial, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recurring workload associated with primary lease renewals, amendments, and contractual terminations.
  • Coordinate all internal department requests that necessitate landlord approvals, such as signage installations, utility modifications, and permit acquisitions.
  • Maintain a centralized archive of all property-related legal documents, records, and communication history.
  • Manage and resolve landlords' complaints to uphold healthy relationships and ensure positive company representation.

Operational Management and Compliance

  • Ensure all lease-related financial obligations, including rent and service charges, are processed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct day-to-day coordination with landlords during the store development phase to address and resolve construction or utility issues.
  • Follow up on internal governance processes, including the preparation of internal memos and official approval requests.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing, Lease Administration, Property Management, or Contract Management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial leases, landlord relations, renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Experience in retail or multi-site property management is preferred.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic retail environment. The role requires proactive engagement with both internal departments and external landlords to ensure smooth operational flow and compliance across the company's property portfolio.
