About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Manager, Electrical to oversee MEP construction works in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on all MEP construction works, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Supervise site progress and monitor the performance of consultants and contractors.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP works and equipment, including Transformers, Generators, and Panels Synchronization.
• Act as the Owner's representative for all MEP-related matters.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve design, construction, and site-related issues.
• Monitor site progress against approved plans and project milestones.
• Attend progress meetings, technical meetings, and coordination workshops.
• Review and validate progress reports, technical reports, inspection requests, and project documentation.
• Ensure the proper installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical concerns, recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations and Facility Management teams for readiness and handover processes.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Review variation orders, claims, and technical proposals related to MEP works.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and updates.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• A maximum of 15 years of experience in a relevant field.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah.
