Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager (HVDC V Substations) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to our infrastructure projects, focusing on the meticulous management and execution of electrical site activities.

Role Overview

The Electrical Site Manager will oversee all electrical work on site, with a specific focus on HVDC V Substations. This role involves ensuring strict adherence to approved designs and schedules, effective resource management, and seamless coordination with various project stakeholders. The manager will be key in maintaining project quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical site activities are conducted in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate electrical work to align with civil drawings and the overall project time schedule.
• Control and monitor direct manpower, equipment, and all resources allocated to electrical tasks.
• Manage and track all Requests for Information (RFI) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR).
• Monitor electrical site progress to ensure adherence to the established time schedule.
• Plan and procure the required electrical site materials efficiently.
• Provide support for project reporting to the customer.
• Control claims related to vendor supervisors present at the site.
• Handle invoicing processes accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and submit required daily and weekly reports to the site manager.
• Monitor and control all electrical installation activities, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Coordinate effectively with various vendors on site.
• Clear electrical punch lists thoroughly and efficiently.
• Conduct testing activities to verify compliance with project specifications, relevant codes, and customer requirements.
• Assist the site manager with safety, housekeeping, and quality assurance issues.
• Manage electrical site activities, including the implementation of appropriate methods and tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical site management.
• Demonstrated capability in overseeing and executing electrical work for large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly within substation environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active presence and management on project sites. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic project environment.
