Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will contribute to the company's marketing efforts by executing campaigns, coordinating content, and analyzing performance. This position requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals. The role is based in Makkah, with activities potentially extending to Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertisements, and offline channels.
• Coordinate content creation, including copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.
• Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver marketing assets on time.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage daily social media activities and community engagement.
• Support event planning, on-ground activations, and offline promotional campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct marketing research and market analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare insights on competitors, target audiences, and market trends.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of practical marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
