Medical Representative

About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role serves as a crucial link between the company and healthcare professionals, aiming to enhance awareness and usage of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to promote a defined set of Hikma products to customers and key accounts. This involves executing sales and marketing activities, including field activities, to meet established sales and marketing targets under the guidance of a supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review updated records of sales targets and activities, assessing performance against goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, through organized appointments and events.
• Inform and persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe, dispense, or use Hikma products to achieve sales targets.
• Increase awareness of Hikma products by continuously learning and sharing information with healthcare providers.
• Obtain current information about doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability, territory coverage, and timely reporting and feedback.
• Monitor competitor activity and products within the assigned territory.
• Follow up on and review Hikma products’ market performance based on client responses and other indicators, anticipating new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reporting for the supervisor/manager as requested to ensure optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure compliant behavior in all activities, adhering to company rules and regulations.

Work Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
