The Role: Officer - CT Branch Sales

Almosafer is seeking a Full-time Officer - CT Branch Sales to join its team in Jeddah. This role is responsible for assisting customers in identifying suitable holiday products and providing comprehensive information on travel itineraries. The Officer will inspire customer thinking, help identify appropriate holiday packages, and is accountable for achieving individual sales targets while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leisure travel assistance for clients, covering air travel, hotel bookings, resorts, cruises, restaurants, tours, and sightseeing.
• Stay informed on products and services through continuous research using the internet, sales representatives, industry publications, and other media.
• Achieve sales targets by ensuring a high customer conversion rate.
• Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers to enhance their experience.
• Advise customers on travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, and other requirements related to holiday packages or travel.
• Resolve conflicts and issues, follow up with customers on travel plans, and adjust arrangements as needed.
• Receive and process customer feedback regarding service quality and areas for improvement.
• Identify and understand customer needs to customize packages, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a high level of competency, initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
• Gather necessary documents and information for processing requests (*, visas, IDL) and liaise with the Service Coordinator for prompt responses.
• Maintain a database of regular customer bookings, meal preferences, seat preferences, and offer personalized services.
• Adhere to service level targets and coordinate with other departments to meet client service expectations.
• Stay fully informed on all airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and industry requirements, applying this information accurately for travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a travel agency company.
• A High School Graduate certificate or a Diploma in any field is preferred.
