About the Role

Transit Tours & Travel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead its Riyadh branch. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the branch's sales, operations, and business development activities within the Riyadh market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Riyadh branch.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales and reservations team.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new Corporate, B2B, and B2C business opportunities in the Riyadh market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, B2B agents, corporate clients, hotels, airlines, and key travel suppliers in Riyadh.
• Maintain and expand relationships with airline sales teams and account managers to support commercial opportunities and business growth.
• Supervise flight, hotel, holiday, visa, cruise, and other travel service operations.
• Monitor branch performance, productivity, customer service standards, and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the Riyadh travel and tourism market.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the company's management and other regional offices.

Professional Experience

• Proven experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Previous experience in a managerial or senior leadership position within a travel agency or tourism company.
• Demonstrated experience in Corporate Travel, B2B, and B2C sales.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong hands-on experience using Amadeus GDS for airline reservations, ticketing, fares, and related travel operations.
• Strong sales, business development, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of airline products, fares, ticketing procedures, and general travel operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, commercial, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Market Knowledge and Relationships

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Riyadh travel market.
• An established network and strong relationships with travel agencies and B2B travel agents in Riyadh.
• Strong existing relationships with airlines, airline sales representatives, and commercial teams in Riyadh.
