About the Role

Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operator to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves performing machine tending operations and operating various machines within a production environment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to operational standards.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of production machinery. The Operator is responsible for monitoring equipment, conducting quality checks, and performing maintenance tasks to support continuous production processes and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse against production orders to prevent breakdowns or delays.
• Conduct testing procedures to ensure machines operate optimally during production cycles.
• Adhere to and implement standard operating procedures for the production line.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters, submitting fault reports in case of any abnormalities.
• Participate in or lead shift operational reviews to discuss achievements and address issues.
• Verify the production date and batch number printed on bottles.
• Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using specified tools and equipment to confirm satisfactory treatment results.
• Maintain accurate logs and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic production environment. The role requires active participation in operational processes and collaboration with team members during shift reviews.
