OPERATOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring product conformity, efficient machine operation, and adherence to safety standards within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Inspector to ensure products meet standard finished goods specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production line during shifts and at month-end.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Properly set up machines and perform necessary size changes.
• Manage the handling of raw materials, including receiving, returning, and transferring to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Report any machine issues verbally to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Ensure all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated locations.

Safety and Environmental Compliance

• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Engage in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) management system.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of operational procedures and safety protocols within an industrial setting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in a production environment, collaborating with team leaders and quality inspectors to maintain operational efficiency and product standards.
