About the Role

SSCL is seeking an Optimization & Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is central to establishing and maintaining a robust operational reporting framework across various projects and functions within the organization.

Role Overview

The Optimization & Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for the architecture of operational reporting, the governance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the development of dashboard strategies. This position focuses on operational analytics and ensuring a single, consistent source of truth for data across all projects and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational reporting architecture.
• Manage KPI governance to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Develop and implement dashboard strategies for effective data visualization.
• Conduct operational analytics to identify trends and insights.
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for data across all projects and functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, and integrated facilities management.
• Experience in sectors such as airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments is highly valued.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, serving operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a strategic approach to data management and reporting within a dynamic operational setting.
