Apsco is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the smooth and compliant management of the company's payroll operations within a dynamic work environment.

The Role of Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processes. This includes ensuring accurate and timely salary payments while maintaining strict compliance with all local regulations. The role supports organizational efficiency by safeguarding sensitive payroll data, effectively resolving employee inquiries, and fostering close collaboration with both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full payroll cycle, encompassing data collection, calculations, deductions, and processing, to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies through precise reporting and statutory filings.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries promptly and provide support for onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, attendance data, and leave information, ensuring strict data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support payroll audits, drive process improvements, and implement efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform additional payroll-related tasks as assigned to ensure operational continuity and support departmental objectives.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in payroll management and operations. A strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices is essential for success in this role.
