Performance & Development Specialist

About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a Performance & Development Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing employee performance appraisal processes, developing training initiatives, and fostering employee growth within the organization. The specialist will contribute to enhancing overall workforce capabilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance appraisal processes and performance review cycles.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify employee development requirements.
• Develop and implement annual training and development plans.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Design training materials and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development activities.
• Manage training schedules, attendance records, and training documentation.
• Coordinate with external training providers and evaluate training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, measure training outcomes, and prepare comprehensive training reports.
• Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, or a related HR function.
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee performance appraisal processes and performance review cycles.
• Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identifying employee development needs.
• Experience in developing and implementing annual training and development plans.
• Familiarity with organizing and coordinating internal and external training programs.
• Experience in designing training materials and coordinating various development activities.
• Proficiency in managing training schedules, attendance records, and documentation.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance evaluation methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and HR management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
