About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Ping Identity Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience across various aspects of IAM within large enterprise environments.

Role Overview

The Ping Identity Consultant will be responsible for managing and enhancing critical IAM infrastructure. This includes administering Ping Identity solutions, ensuring secure authentication services, and maintaining robust access control models. The role requires a professional who can address both operational support and strategic implementation of IAM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity solutions, including PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications.
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and secure authentication services.
• Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication.
• Design and manage adaptive/risk-based authentication policies.
• Implement and govern RBAC and ABAC access control models.
• Integrate enterprise applications with IAM solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Monitor authentication and access logs, supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Investigate and resolve IAM-related security incidents and access issues.
• Automate identity workflows using PingOne DaVinci and other orchestration tools.
• Ensure IAM platform availability, scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Ping Identity products (PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
• Proven expertise in SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM solutions using industry-standard protocols.
