The Role of Production Manager Furniture

Prospex Development is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join its furniture manufacturing team. This full-time position is based in Makkah and requires 5-10 years of experience. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operation, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and production planning.
• Supervise all production departments and production teams.
• Monitor production targets, schedules, and capacity.
• Oversee CNC, Cutting, Edge Banding, Drilling, Sanding, Assembly, Upholstery, and Finishing processes.
• Optimize manpower and machine utilization.
• Reduce material waste, scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Ensure products meet approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Projects, Sales, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in furniture manufacturing and demonstrate proven experience in managing production operations. This role requires a professional who can drive efficiency and maintain high-quality standards within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Experience and Location

This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with the company also having operations in Jeddah and Riyadh. This is a full-time employment opportunity.
