Project Manager ServiceNow

About the Role

Dautom is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow expertise to lead and manage ServiceNow-related projects within a banking environment. This contract position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves working closely with a globally recognized client. The role requires a proven track record of managing enterprise IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation initiatives.

Project Leadership and Management

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of ServiceNow projects, ensuring successful delivery from initial planning through to stabilization. This involves managing various project aspects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to align solutions with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects from planning and requirements through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, ServiceNow technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Coordinate ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, and platform upgrade activities.
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with business processes, ITSM best practices, and banking requirements.
• Manage project governance, reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive requirements gathering, process workshops, solution validation, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, architects, administrators, and integration teams.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, project controls, and knowledge transfer are maintained.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of ServiceNow processes and platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT projects, particularly with ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT functions.
