About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing projects from initiation through closing, with a focus on healthcare facilities and other building types. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring project delivery aligns with established objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, motivate, and direct the project team to meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in evaluation and analysis activities that precede project initiation.
• Consult effectively with executives, business leaders, and end users to understand their needs and expectations.
• Provide the project team with leadership, planning, and coordination through consistent communication.
• Communicate in real-time with the team using meetings.
• Balance competing project constraints with available resources.
• Provide clear directions and present the vision of success for the project.
• Utilize soft skills to balance the conflicting and competing goals of project stakeholders.
• Proactively interact with other project managers.
• Develop relationships that assist the team in achieving project goals and objectives.
• Interact with project sponsors to address internal strategic issues that may impact project viability.
• Orient and educate other professionals regarding the value of a project management approach within the company.
• Manage project elements, including, but not limited to, schedule, cost, resources, and risks.
• Effectively negotiate and implement decisions and actions that support successful project delivery.
• Seek out the expertise of end users who run the business in DSFH.
• Continuously prioritize work by reviewing and adjusting as necessary.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate multitasking capability.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated project management knowledge, technical knowledge, and practical experience.
