Project Manager

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring they meet established objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role requires a professional with extensive experience in project management within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and external third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Analyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate project status and issues to management as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are consistently met.
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and performance to relevant parties.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all project safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly and efficiently.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Compliance and Standards

The Project Manager is responsible for understanding and adhering to the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures established within Hill International. Continuous compliance with these requirements is essential throughout employment.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management is required for this role.

Work Location

This position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Jeddah as required. It is a full-time employment opportunity.

Additional Duties

The Project Manager will also perform other duties as assigned by their line manager or supervisor.
