About the Opportunity

CC Staffing International is seeking a Sales Account Manager for a leading technology and digital transformation company in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Jeddah, focuses on driving business growth and developing strong client relationships across the Government, Retail, Hospitality, and Charity & Non-Profit sectors. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling technology solutions, including hardware and software, by understanding client business requirements and providing suitable solutions to support their operations, efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements and identify opportunities.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and ensure smooth delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.

Educational Background and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the technology or solutions industry.
• Proven experience selling hardware, software, IT solutions, or technology-related products and services.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong B2B sales and account management experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Existing network and relationships across multiple sectors are preferred.
• Experience with technology solutions, including hardware, software, POS, payment solutions, digital platforms, or system integration.
• Experience working with tenders, procurement processes, or large-scale projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi business environment.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role requires comfort with outdoor sales, frequent field visits, and business trips to cover different locations within KSA for face-to-face client meetings. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
