About the Sales Advisor Role

Abdul Latif Jameel Company Limited is seeking a Sales Advisor for its operations in Jeddah. This full-time position is responsible for contributing to sales targets through direct customer engagement and adherence to company procedures.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to support sales functions for an assigned portfolio by implementing sales strategies. The Sales Advisor will adhere to the company's mission, vision, and values by following standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include achieving specific portfolio goals through direct customer interaction and meeting required targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for vehicles and accessories.
  • Complete assigned product knowledge and soft skills training courses.
  • Proactively resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all Sales and Compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery to customers.
  • Process customer inquiries, provide standard pricing quotes, and communicate delivery information.
  • Handle correspondence related to complaints, deliveries, terms, order changes, and service matters to facilitate negotiation closure.
  • Execute daily sales activities and manage the sales process efficiently, coordinating with portfolio management and following standard sales procedures.
  • Identify and meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction by providing efficient service and recommending suitable products with a "Guest First" mindset.
  • Coordinate with the Accessories Department to fulfill customer requests for additional accessories.
  • Manage the invoicing and payment process accurately and in a timely manner according to SOPs.
  • Understand financing standards to assist customers with loan or payment arrangements and ensure timely processing.
  • Submit daily sales performance reports to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Send vehicle registration forms and invoices to the Sales Coordinator to expedite vehicle release.
  • Perform documentation procedures for legal and government relations matters pertaining to sales, adhering to prescribed rules and procedures.

Job Requirements and Experience

This role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The job holder must possess advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, as well as knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. The position has a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Framework and Decision Making

The Sales Advisor operates within the programs and policies established by ALJ Motors, designing their job execution accordingly. The role supports retail sales target setting in alignment with ALJ's overall sales plan.

Organizational Impact

This position directly influences organizational profitability and the achievement of sales targets.
