About the Sales Advisor Role

Abdul Latif Jameel Company Limited is seeking a Sales Advisor 1 to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves contributing to the sales functions for an assigned portfolio by implementing sales strategies and adhering to company standards. The role requires direct customer engagement to achieve specific portfolio goals and targets.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to support sales operations by executing sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of assigned portfolio goals. The Sales Advisor will work within the framework of company policies and procedures, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the company's sales targets. The role operates with limited authority over customer discounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for vehicles and accessories.
• Complete all assigned product knowledge and soft skills training courses.
• Proactively resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Comply with all Sales and Compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery to customers.
• Process customer inquiries, provide standard pricing, and handle correspondence related to complaints, deliveries, terms, and order changes.
• Execute daily sales activities and manage the sales process according to established procedures.
• Identify and meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction through efficient service and product recommendations.
• Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor for updates on product knowledge, complaint resolution, and sales strategy enhancement.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales targets, customer complaints, and improvement opportunities.
• Follow up with the Accessories Department to fulfill customer requests.
• Coordinate invoicing and payment processes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Understand financing standards to assist customers with loan or payment arrangements.
• Submit daily sales performance reports to the Sales Supervisor.
• Send vehicle registration forms and invoices to the Sales Coordinator for vehicle release.
• Perform necessary documentation procedures in compliance with government rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

The role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The job holder must possess advanced knowledge of customer service principles and processes, as well as principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. The job holder works within the established programs and policies of ALJ Motors and supports retail sales target setting in alignment with the overall sales plan.

Performance Metrics

Performance will be measured against key indicators including Sales Achievement Percentage, Number of Hours per Year, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Compliance Percentage, and Delivery Lead-time.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within the established structure of Abdul Latif Jameel Company Limited, a diversified business group with a significant presence in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT region). The job holder has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and organizational profitability.
