SAP ACM/DM Consultant Role Overview

Pansoft Technologies is seeking an SAP ACM/DM Consultant for a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah, Makkah, or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Advanced Contract Management (ACM) and Data Management (DM) solutions for enterprise clients. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP configurations and enhancements, contributing to SAP FICO and ACM/DM optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for SAP ACM/DM

• Conduct system analysis, manage master data, and perform gap analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide end-user training.
• Offer ongoing production support to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.
• Document solutions and recommend best practices.

Key Responsibilities for SAP Deposit Management Expert

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Banking solutions, including Deposits Management and Loans Management (SAP DM and SAP CML).
• Design and configure customer account structures, loan contracts, payment schedules, and settlement rules.
• Define interest calculation methods, charges, conditions, and payment flows.
• Manage integration with FI-GL, BCA, TRM, and collateral management.
• Coordinate technical teams for posting logic, mass runs, and batch processing.
• Oversee regulatory and business reporting readiness, including IFRS9 and Basel compliance.
• Conduct workshops, define blueprint documents, and validate functional specifications.
• Ensure data migration and account conversion strategy is robust and audit-compliant.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and cutover planning.
• Provide go-live support, post-implementation tuning, and ongoing issue resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in SAP ACM/DM or SAP Banking solutions.
• Expertise in SAP Banking Services (formerly BS * is required.
• Strong understanding of financial products, account structures, repayment plans, interest, and fee handling.
• Experience with integration into financial accounting.
• Ability to engage directly with banking clients to gather requirements and map product behavior.

Work Environment

This role operates within a consulting environment, supporting large-scale banking transformation programs. Travel may be required within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The consultant will collaborate with international banking, finance, and technical teams, and participate in regulatory audits, compliance checks, and internal controls. Continuous learning through SAP certifications and regulatory updates is expected, requiring precision, accountability, and a deep understanding of banking operations.
