Senior Architect

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Architect to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, covering projects in both Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques to a variety of complex architectural assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare functional designs and detailed specifications, and provide comprehensive design solutions.
• Lead a small team of junior architects, providing guidance and oversight.
• Manage and ensure the timely submission of all required project documentation.
• Review internally produced drawings to ensure design quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines to integrate architectural designs.
• Review work produced by other disciplines for consistency and coordination.
• Maintain a hands-on role in design and project execution.
• Prepare various reports, specifications, and presentations as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Demonstrated ability to apply architectural design standards, practices, and techniques.
• Experience in leading small teams and managing project submissions.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to projects in Jeddah. The role requires a professional who can operate effectively within a dynamic project environment.
