About the Role

sohoby is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to enhance its social media presence through engaging short-form video content. This full-time, on-site position in Jeddah focuses on the creation and publication of Reels and other video content, capturing various aspects of the company's activities. The role requires a proactive individual with 0-1 years of experience who is aware of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, create, and publish engaging Reels and short-form videos across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a daily content pipeline of approximately 8–10 Reels, ensuring consistent quality.
• Capture content featuring the CEO, client testimonials, meetings, office activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop creative content ideas based on business topics, current trends, and audience interests.
• Manage daily social media posting and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Utilize relevant AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, and social media growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong practical ability to shoot and create Reels using a mobile phone or camera.
• Good understanding of framing, angles, lighting, audio, and video quality.
• Strong awareness of current social media trends and short-form content formats.

Work Environment
