About the Role

Sohoby IT Solutions is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to enhance its social media presence. This full-time role, based in Jeddah, Makkah, focuses on developing engaging short-form video content. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves hands-on content creation, including shooting, editing, and publishing Reels and other short-form videos across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, create, and publish engaging Reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a daily content pipeline of approximately 8–10 Reels, ensuring consistent quality.
• Capture content related to the CEO, client testimonials, meetings, office activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop creative content ideas based on business topics, current trends, and audience interests.
• Manage daily social media posting and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Utilize relevant AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, and social media growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated ability to shoot and create Reels using a mobile phone or camera.
• Understanding of framing, angles, lighting, audio, and video quality.
• Awareness of current social media trends and short-form content formats.
• Energetic, presentable, and confident in interacting with clients and the CEO.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of personally shot and created Reels or short-form videos.
• Experience in creating content for businesses, professional brands, or entrepreneurs.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
