About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential in supporting various vital Spa functions, focusing on delivering memorable and unique experiences for guests through high-quality spa services. The Spa Therapist takes initiative to ensure guests enjoy their overall experience.

Key Duties

• Promote Spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information and answers regarding available services.
• Check in guests efficiently upon arrival.
• Process payments, ensuring transactions are seamless and contribute to the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace environment for all guests and staff.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards for all services and interactions.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Perform physical tasks as required, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance. This also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required for this position (0-1 years of experience).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None specified.
