About the Specialist, Scheduling Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Specialist, Scheduling to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role focuses on managing operational details and schedules for various airline clients.

Core Responsibilities

The Specialist, Scheduling will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date system-related reports and records pertaining to the operational details of foreign airlines, private aviation, and low-cost carriers. This includes managing flight schedules across different periods such as Summer Schedule, Winter Schedule, and Ramadan, as well as the Schedule Flight Master (SFM) and Sales Order Items (SOI).

  • Summarize changes to Catering Orders, Meal Policies, F&B Manuals, and GLP policies related to customers, and update Catering Units via Customer Services.
  • Handle Catering Orders and General Information templates.
  • Oversee the functions of UCAS for utilization by all Catering Units.
  • Verify assembly checklists prior to implementation.

Data Analysis and Reporting

A key aspect of this role involves data management and analysis. The Specialist will extract data into Excel, create graphs, and generate statistical reports. This includes analyzing data to convert it into actionable information, identifying and understanding data implementation requirements, and developing data analysis tools to detect errors or incomplete data.

  • Develop Airlines customer reports and Internal Sales Reports to present data clearly and highlight key insights.
  • Maintain and improve existing Sales data analysis tools and other Sales-related reports.

System Support and Collaboration

The role requires active participation in system development, testing, and implementation plans. This includes providing support for the UCAS System, CRM application, Legal+, and other necessary systems within Sales and Customer Services. Collaboration with the UCAS team is essential for modifying and enhancing the UCAS APP to ensure data integrity and value.

  • Work with the Sales Support Team to define and implement processes and procedures.
  • Analyze Airlines customer data to ensure correct processing and identify key insights and trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, with a particular emphasis on MS Excel. An understanding of sales performance metrics is necessary, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries promptly is crucial.

  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Understanding and monitoring of Sales Metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role involves working within a team environment and collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy.
