About Fendi and the Role

Fendi is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a FENDI Ambassador, promoting the brand's DNA, and ensuring the store consistently exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). The Store Manager will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships by highlighting FENDI's history, craftsmanship, material quality, and creativity, while upholding the brand's vision of excellence and luxury.

Store Operations and Performance

• Monitor and achieve store performance targets in line with relevant KPIs.
• Analyze business performance, develop, and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across all product categories.
• Manage and supervise the team to ensure correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures.
• Ensure FENDI’s standards are consistently applied and maintained across customer service, internal control, visual merchandising (VM), and back-office activities, including stock management and administration.
• Review and submit sales and operational reports to management, adhering to company KPIs and policies.

Client Engagement and Sales Leadership

• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for both the team and individuals, utilizing relevant KPIs.
• Actively assist in the selling process.
• Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations by offering excellent service standards.
• Develop loyal FENDI clients and implement appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
• Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen and build relationships with VIP clients.
• Improve Mystery Shopper Results through targeted action plans.
• Maintain awareness of the local trading environment and its impact on sales, including competitor activities.

Team Management and Development

• Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
• Work collaboratively with the HR Department to recruit qualified applicants that meet the store's needs.
• Identify individual and team training needs to develop talent and communicate these requirements to the HR Department.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Store Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector. The role requires a proven ability to lead a team, drive sales performance, and maintain high operational standards. A strong understanding of clienteling and brand ambassadorship is essential.
