Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in developing balanced replenishment and supply plans within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or complex retail environments.
- Practical capability in inventory modeling and planning software for managing stock equations and forecast alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve supply bottlenecks, challenge supplier lead times, and maintain service levels under changing constraints.
- Clear communication skills to align manufacturing partners, logistics teams, and commercial stakeholders on operational priorities.
- Experience applying structured process enhancements or industrial engineering principles to daily supply flows.
