Supply Chain Planner

About the Role

GRG is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time, entry-level position is designed for Saudi Nationals and involves supporting daily operational activities to ensure product availability across GCC markets. The role offers direct exposure to core FMCG supply chain operations, including supply execution, shipment tracking, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply planning by converting demand signals into supply requirements and tracking replenishment with global factories and hubs.
• Monitor stock levels daily and support corrective actions to address shortages, delays, or aging stock.
• Track international shipments and coordinate with logistics partners on delays, documentation, and estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
• Review inventory status, flag slow-moving or near-expiry stock, and support clearance and write-off documentation.
• Act as a cross-functional support contact for distributors, sales, and customer service teams regarding availability and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and planning systems and prepare basic operational reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; internships or co-op experience is considered beneficial.

Required Skills

• Good Excel skills with a strong interest in supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a multinational environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with ERP or planning tools.
