Abdullah Hashim Co. Ltd is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Tamheer Opportunity Service Advisor position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves providing customer service and ensuring an efficient service experience for clients.

Role Overview

The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer interactions from greeting to follow-up, coordinating service needs with technicians, and maintaining accurate records. The position focuses on delivering high-quality service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assessing their service requirements.
• Communicating effectively with customers to explain services, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Providing recommendations for additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
• Assisting in managing the service department's workflow and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma's degree in Mechanical Vehicle Engine, or a related field, is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is required.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, within a service-oriented environment. The role requires direct interaction with customers and collaboration with technical teams to ensure operational efficiency.
