About the Role

Florose is seeking a Videographer Photographer to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves capturing high-quality photo and video content for Florose’s flowers, gifts, and brand moments. The successful candidate will produce visuals for social media, digital advertisements, app/web platforms, product catalogues, and various campaigns, working closely with the Head of Visual Production and the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, social content, and brand storytelling.
• Conduct in-studio and on-location shoots, managing lighting, composition, and styling to Florose’s visual standards.
• Capture content optimized for various platforms and formats, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and app/web.
• Perform initial editing, retouching, and color correction to ensure output aligns with Florose’s aesthetic before handoff.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, stylists, and editors to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative.
• Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and studio equipment.
• Organize and archive footage and image libraries with clear file management.
• Stay informed on content trends, formats, and shooting techniques relevant to social media and e-commerce.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience level: 0-1 years in professional photography and videography.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both photo and video work.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, and lighting setups (studio and natural light).
• Solid editing and retouching skills, including proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Experience with Capture One is a plus.
• A keen eye for composition, color, styling, and detail.
• Ability to work efficiently across high content volumes and multiple shoots.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative approach on set.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with flowers, gifts, food, or luxury product photography.
• Basic motion-graphics or short-form editing skills.
• Ownership of equipment and/or studio experience.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires both in-studio and on-location shoots to support various brand initiatives.
