About the Role

Kerry Group PLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing, with a focus on leadership and inventory management.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will lead warehouse teams, maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, safety, and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key part in optimizing warehouse performance and ensuring compliance with Kerry's quality, food safety, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the proper receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials according to company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate records.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to optimize space utilization.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, stock movements, and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and address operational issues.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure performance and compliance.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in inventory management.
• Mandatory experience with SAP.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• High level of computer literacy, including MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to warehouse work.
• Good communication skills in English.
