Alwedad Charity, an organization dedicated to orphan care, is seeking a System Analyst to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The System Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the technical services provided by the organization. This involves analyzing departmental needs, translating them into clear technical requirements, and ensuring IT services align with strategic objectives. The role also includes contributing to technical governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in improving user experience and satisfaction with technical services.
• Analyze departmental needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Enhance and align IT services with strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation and development of policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in technical governance, risk management, and compliance efforts.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with work teams.
• Prepare and update the technical Service Catalog.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in system analysis.
• Experience in IT Service Management.
• Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.

Work Location

This full-time position is available in Jeddah or Makkah, within the Makkah region.
