About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Logistics to join its team. This full-time position is based in either Abha or Khamis Mushayt. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that transport supervisors effectively execute planned operations for shifts and days, ensuring timely product delivery and milk collection, and subsequent return to the Central Processing Plant (CPP).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transport supervisors to ensure the execution of daily and shift-based planned logistics operations.
• Ensure the scheduled delivery of products to designated locations.
• Coordinate and confirm the timely collection of milk.
• Verify that all transport teams return to the Central Processing Plant (CPP) as scheduled.
• Monitor operational efficiency and adherence to established timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics, transport management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise transport operations effectively.
• Experience in coordinating product delivery and collection schedules.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within the logistics sector of Almarai. The role requires presence in either Abha or Khamis Mushayt, focusing on the operational aspects of transport and logistics within these regions.
