About the Role

Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a Specialist, Sales to join its team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time position focuses on executing sales activities within an assigned territory to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the Animal Nutrition business.

Role Overview

The Specialist, Sales will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and promoting animal nutrition products. This role contributes directly to the growth and market presence of the Animal Nutrition business within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the assigned territory sales plan to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Promote animal nutrition and livestock feed products, providing appropriate product recommendations based on customer operational and nutritional requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs, strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer requirements, market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Support customer segmentation, account planning, and sales pipeline development activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, customer visit reports, sales plans, and regular performance updates.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure product availability and effective customer support.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and other commercial requirements to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with approved pricing, sales policies, credit procedures, and commercial guidelines.
• Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
• Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, market opportunities, competitive activity, and potential business risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, sales performance, and overall business growth.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the animal nutrition or livestock feed industry.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt.
