The Sales Specialist is responsible for executing business strategies and maintaining a balanced approach to customer service and strategic account planning. This includes focusing on both quarterly results and long-term account goals to ensure sustained growth and client satisfaction.

• Manage and build customer contacts, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients.
• Act as the focal point for customer relations, account management, sales plans, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Pursue growth by regularly meeting with clients face-to-face and acquiring new customers to expand the customer base and key accounts.
• Leverage cross-functional company resources to address customer value drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner.

Operational Support and Reporting

The Sales Specialist also contributes to internal operational efficiency and accurate financial reporting, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.

• Lead peers by influence to ensure coordination and support for pursuing orders.
• Create proposals for daily and project engineering requirements through team coordination.
• Forecast budget numbers and report feedback to management periodically with proper justifications.

Required Experience
