WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Team Leader to join their team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and involves overseeing critical warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the access of trucks and trailers to the loading bay.
• Supervise the loading and unloading processes for trucks.
• Control the movement of finished goods to ensure accurate stock transactions and report any discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit all required reports at the end of each month.
• Conduct weekly spot checks of material inventory and quarterly warehouse inventories.
• Ensure that materials are preserved in good condition and vehicles are properly maintained.
• Implement and enforce safety and security measures within the warehouse premises.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in warehouse operations and team leadership. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir, focusing on the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The role requires a hands-on approach to supervision and inventory management.
