The Role of Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager for a full-time position in Makkah, Rabigh, or King Abdullah Economic City. This role involves managing a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the manufacture and packaging of infant formula products. The Team Manager is responsible for maintaining internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the departmental management team to achieve business goals and develop and implement strategies.
• Plan and execute plant run times to meet the master production schedule.
• Direct labor resources to achieve required manning levels in production areas.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained within the department, and that necessary documentation is completed.
• Assist with the management of departmental health and safety compliance and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to rectify production issues.
• Manage training needs and staff performance within the area of responsibility.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-functional team.
• Understanding of production efficiencies and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards in manufacturing.
