The Role: Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager for a full-time position in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh. This role involves managing a self-directing, multi-functional team engaged in the manufacture and packaging of infant formula products. The Team Manager is responsible for maintaining internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of the departmental management team to achieve business goals and contribute to strategy development and implementation.
• Plan and execute plant run times to ensure alignment with the master production schedule.
• Direct labor resources to achieve required manning levels within production areas.
• Ensure the maintenance of regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards within the department, including the completion of necessary documentation.
• Assist with the management of departmental health and safety compliance and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address and rectify production issues.
• Manage training needs and staff performance within the designated area of responsibility.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Team Manager position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage production teams, uphold stringent quality and safety standards, and drive operational improvements within a manufacturing environment.
