About the Role

Recruit Lytics Hires is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist (Arabic) to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in Medina and requires 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will provide professional and timely support to Arabic-speaking customers across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and English when necessary.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues, identifying root causes, and guiding them through solutions.
  • Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Documenting all customer interactions within CRM or support systems and tracking open cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Ensuring all customer communications meet company quality and communication standards.
  • Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product changes, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Good proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with demonstrated empathy and patience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Previous customer support experience is considered a plus.
