This full-time position for an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Legal Affairs Manager is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview and Purpose
The Executive Assistant to the CEO & Legal Affairs Manager functions as a strategic support to executive leadership. This role integrates comprehensive executive administration with support for legal affairs, office management, and the implementation of AI-driven productivity solutions. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage complex schedules, facilitate communication, and ensure the smooth operation of administrative and legal support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for board meetings.
- Review and maintain legal documentation and contracts.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and other relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee general office administration and manage governance records.
- Implement and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor executive projects and track action plans to ensure timely completion.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
- A professional legal certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive administration.
- Demonstrated experience in legal affairs and contract administration.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and related applications.
Essential Competencies
- Excellent legal drafting capabilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
