Guest Service Driver

About the Role

Le Meridien is seeking a Guest Service-Driver to join their team in Medina. This full-time position involves transporting guests and maintaining property vehicles, requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using property vehicles.
• Document all trips before and after each journey.
• Park vehicles in designated locations when not in use.
• Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness, and check tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Refuel vehicles as necessary and notify appropriate personnel of any maintenance needs.
• Document all vehicle incidents, such as damages or accidents, and provide reports to management.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and exchange information using electronic devices.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects.
• Move at a speed required to respond to work situations (*, run, walk, jog).
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills, with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
