Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join its team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for driving sales performance and expanding the hotel's market presence in Medina.

Role Overview

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance client relationships. This role involves leading a sales team, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities within the competitive hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve the hotel’s sales targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Acquire new clients and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Drive corporate, group, and hotel contract sales initiatives.
• Monitor target markets, conduct competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Monitor occupancy and revenue performance to ensure sales targets are met.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of previous experience in a supervisory or managerial hotel sales position.
