This full-time position is crucial for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to exceed revenue targets. The hotel offers a sophisticated environment with redesigned interiors reflecting authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship, supported by a distinguished team committed to thoughtful, personalized service.

About Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh

Nestled within the iconic 99-storey Kingdom Tower, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh boasts a prime location with proximity to key business areas, shopping centres, and cultural sites. The property features 276 spacious rooms, including 39 luxurious suites. It offers three restaurant venues and extensive event facilities spanning 7,213 square meters. The hotel also includes a world-class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests, high-end fitness facilities, and a dedicated team of 25 colleagues in the Spa department.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that encompasses both new and existing accounts.
Exceeding revenue targets through various strategies, including outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Understanding market trends, identifying opportunities for revenue generation, and effectively positioning the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh as a top choice for discerning customers.

Travel is a requirement for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
In line with the company's commitment to Saudization and the development of local talent, this position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.
