The Role of Lobby Butler

Accor is seeking a Lobby Butler to join the team at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and involves providing personalized, luxury service to guests within a spiritual and elegant environment. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and bid farewell to guests with professionalism.
• Anticipate and address guests’ needs and preferences.
• Deliver personalized and luxury service throughout the guest's stay.
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements discreetly.
• Assist VIP guests and organize special occasions as required.
• Coordinate effectively with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments.
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury hospitality.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Lobby Butler position should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector, specifically within luxury hotel environments. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of guest service and hotel operations.
