About the Role

WSP is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) to lead the delivery of a large-scale, complex masterplan project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, client-facing position requires strong multidisciplinary leadership experience in managing significant infrastructure developments from concept through detailed design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure and land development projects in Medina.
• Manage project scope, programme, budgets, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including highways, utilities, structures, transport planning, and environmental functions.
• Ensure all deliverables meet local authority requirements and international standards.
• Monitor and control project financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, ensuring high performance and delivery excellence.
• Drive effective coordination between disciplines, resolving technical and interface challenges.
• Promote best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards.

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong relationships.
• Represent the consultancy in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Manage communication with government authorities and key stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain robust project reporting and documentation for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support bid preparation, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale infrastructure and land development projects. Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary leadership, managing projects from concept through detailed design and delivery, is essential for this position.
