Senior HR Analyst (Compensation and Benefits)

About the Role

Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd. is seeking a Senior HR Analyst (Compensation and Benefits) to join their team in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing expert analysis and recommendations to enhance HR management activities and ensure compliance with strategic and operational priorities.

Role Summary

The Senior HR Analyst will support the Human Resources department by conducting in-depth analysis of HR programs, policies, processes, and systems. The position is critical for identifying gaps, interpreting data, benchmarking against best practices, and proposing improvements to HR functions. This role also involves planning, scheduling, and implementing various HR activities to support overall operations and ensure timely and effective deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive HR analyses, generate insights on policies, processes, and systems, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements based on data interpretation and benchmark practices.
• Manage and maintain a schedule for the implementation or update of HR policies, processes, and systems, ensuring all necessary assessments and consultations are completed.
• Operate, maintain, and update HR systems, including ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of OM systems, organizational structures, positions, and workflows.
• Respond to queries and requests from reporting officers and stakeholders, providing clarifications on analyses, data, reports, and HR policies.
• Participate in planning activities, assessments, surveys, and studies, preparing various reports and presentations.
• Contribute to the development and formulation of HR policies and procedures, secure approvals, oversee implementation, and periodically evaluate their effectiveness.
• Analyze the impact of organizational changes and provide recommendations for future HR strategic direction.
• Provide analytical support for budgeting, workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, organization development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Perform regular performance, predictive, and business analyses, generating reports to support data-driven departmental decisions.
• Coordinate with the HR Information System team to ensure the accuracy of organizational charts, job titles, supervisory responsibilities, and lines of authority.

Collaboration and System Enhancement

The Senior HR Analyst will collaborate closely with the HR team to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. This includes supporting process improvement, change management, and process reengineering projects. The role also involves participating in organizational effectiveness interventions and HRIS short-term and long-term programs, while advising on technical information related to business and industry data.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Professional Certification from a Chartered Institute (*, CIPD, SHRM).
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR analysis, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
