The Role of Compensation Benefits Specialist

Qantara Development Investment Co. is seeking a Compensation Benefits Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing payroll elements and evaluating the organization’s rewards portfolio. The specialist ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance across salary structures, health/welfare benefits, and incentive programs. The role also involves handling audits and related practices with enhanced financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain monthly payroll according to company policy.
• Lead annual internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
• Calculate and process end-of-service payments.
• Manage and maintain the employee database and employee files.
• Oversee annual and probationary performance appraisals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
• Demonstrated financial knowledge for handling audits and related practices.
• Proven ability to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in reward structures.
• Experience with regulatory compliance for salary structures, health/welfare benefits, and incentive programs.
