The Role of Beauty Advisor - Prada

As a Beauty Advisor for Prada, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all clients and utilizing appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets. This full-time position is based in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2 years of experience. You will also manage counter cleanliness, restocking, and handling new product launches, promotions, and merchandising. The Beauty Advisor is expected to maintain high standards in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and product usage.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting or exceeding their expectations.
• Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges for their needs.
• Explain the uses and benefits of various brands and products.
• Drive sales while achieving set line and sales targets through makeup knowledge.
• Monitor store-level targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Participate in incentive achievements.
• Monitor new product launch sales targets at the store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels are met according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure stores are restocked on shelves at appropriate times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock request form.
• Ensure stock is received according to established procedures.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector.
