About the Role

Eventsgate is seeking a Crowd Management Coordinator to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This is a part-time position, requiring 0-1 years of experience in crowd organization and management. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth flow and safety of visitors at various events.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize visitor movement paths, including entry and exit, in coordination with event organization teams.
• Implement approved security and evacuation plans from relevant authorities and specialized entities.
• Deploy organizers to gates, critical sections, and passageways.
• Direct crowds and manage peak times and gatherings to prevent congestion.
• Coordinate directly with medical and security teams in case of any emergency.
• Monitor the flow of movement and guide visitors in event areas and grandstands.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in crowd organization and management.

Work Type and Location

This is a part-time position based in the Makkah region, covering activities in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active participation in event environments.
